I Failed Project 365

Sometime last month, I gave up on Project 365. I thought it's just easy but it isn't. I don't always bring a camera with me that is why sometimes I missed to shoot something in a day or two. And I have decided to abort the project resulting to failure. I had been busy mentally. People have seen me so relax and that I go to coffeeshops and anywhere but I'm mentally exhausted. I have a lot of things in mind. Even if I walk, I keep on thinking what to dos and how. And a lot of questions like why? I could no longer think about Project 365 because I have a lot of important issues that I have to deal with before my long break wishing and hoping everything will be okay. I don't want to go for a break when things aren't going well. Just yesterday, I was enlightened. I could finally have a very long break from work! Wow! I have 2 weeks to relax. Yay! Will be spending a week at my parents' (which means I would totally be disconnected in cyberworld) and a week here in Davao to join in the Kadayawan 2008 celebration (will get my 2nd baby today ;)).

So, why totally giveup on Project 365? Because for me, it's just like a class. You have to post something everyday and it serves as an attendance. I have missed more than a week and I consider myself as a dropout, I better try again next year where I could really start on January 1,2009.

35/365 : O, Picobello!

Day 35.

I had a long day at work yesterday. Mind's never stopped thinking. I stayed late. It's almost 6.30PM when the maintenance engineer told me they're turning off the power in the whole building for maintenance. I hurriedly finished what I had to finish.

On the other hand, Jen, was still at her workstation. She messaged me and had a conference with Elle, who's in Cotabato. Until I felt my stomach complaining. Jen and I decided to have dinner together somewhere. We cannot think of a place. We ended up at Picobello, one of Davao's famous Italian restaurants! Slurrrp! I had a wonderful dinner! Pizza & Lasagna for dinner! Slurrrp... Wanna have some? Hehehehehe...

34/365 : I'm an Addict

Day 34.

Hi. I'm ©dabawenya©, 27, and I'm an addict... a flickr addict. Hahahahha... Well, it doesn't show. ;) Though I don't have a precious camera yet, I'm still a flickr addict. I'm just using a Kodak DX3500. I'm still trying to make good shots - compositions. To repeat, I'm an addict... a flickr addict....

33/365 : Umbrella...ella..eeee...eeee...ella ;)

Day 33.

It's the 3rd night of touring a friend who's from Visayas. We toured her in Kanto Bar, Matina Town Square after the Kebab dinner. Along with me were friends from a sister company. We had a drink and one ordered a screw driver cocktail. It was raining hard outside. I asked her this little umbrella and made fun of it. That's it. ;)

32/365 : Froggielicious

Day 32.

Look at this froggie! My friends and I were trapped in a canopy while eating Aling Foping's Special Halo2x, one of Davao's Best! We were trapped because the rain poured hard. While we were surfing the internet using Kanto Bar's Wi-fi connection, we saw this froggie! I took my friend's cameraphone and shot this little animal!

31/365 : Chillin' Out at Blugre

Day 31.

My two friends and I chilled out at Blugre Coffee Shop after pigging out at Mandarin. It's my pleasure to meet them. I have already seen 'em many time but it's my first time to go out with them. That as July 21, 2008.

I got my baby. This is just one of the few things I wanted to have! Finally, at least, I started to make a move and got this baby! Mwahhh!

28/365 : In Lieu of My Nightout

Day 28.

In lieu of my nightout which, I guess might be the reason why I didn't go with friends to watch BATMAN, I got this bottle from my little fridge. I hope this works... I hope I could sleep well. It's gonna be a boring Saturday tomorrow. Well, I hope I won't get bored. Still got to dos in my list. Hehehehe...

27/365 : Desk Calendar I Designed

Day 27.

I started the design just yesterday night and was not able to finish because I don't have the logo. I designed this desk calendar for a contest in flickristasindios and I hope I could make it to win the flickr pro account. :)

Day 25.

I was organizing my pictures in my computer and these caught my attention. This was my first personalized mug design. I designed it as a very special Christmas gift to my friends. Mugs cost less but what made it special is that I designed it myself, for them. Everything I designed is special to me. The efforts I gave made my gifts special.

Day 24.

I arrived home yesterday and wanted to relax. So, I took one of my Bossa Nova collection and played it. Wow, sooo relaxing.

24/365 : The Croc

Day 24.

This was my first time to pet and hold a real crocodile! He's so cute, so soft and cold. The most behave among the crocodiles... Isn't it obvious? Hahahahaha...

I also had the chance to touch and pet a snake! Take a look at this!

Afraid yet still showed my teeth for a perfect smile. hahahaha...

23/365 : What's Keeping Me Busy

Day 23.

These things have helped me a lot to keep myself busy always especially when I'm just home. These are few of what keeps me alive. That is why I could stay long in my room. My nickelodeon stress ball have helped me a lot especially when stress visits me. My small & simple mp3 player keeps me alive during workouts and my computer is the reason why I sleep late. Since I'm not very much addicted to sleep, my computer entertains me until my eyes retire. That is why, when you need someone to talk to even if it's late at night, you can just leave me a message in my message box. :)

This one's always a reminder to me. It helped me re-shape my life. It always reminds me keep my hopes up...that I should not give up and that I should stand up everytime I fall...that I should stand up many times more than the number of the times I fall.

I arrived at the orientation venue past 8:00AM today and while I was sitting near an officemate, and to my surprise, she just handed me this M&M. I have thought it's something colorful that is why took a shot and yeah, this is it! ;)
